We have 176 acres of land for your horse to enjoy.  Our main focus will be providing great care for the boarded horses.  We will have a maximum of 12 boarders so we can offer excellent care to each boarder and keep grass on the property.  Hunter Hill Farm offers a fun, friendly environment for horses and riders.

We have a 115 x 220 outdoor riding ring with sand footing.  We also have miles of trails and acres of fields to offer your horse time outside of the ring.

The property has a 6 stall barn which is partially enclosed.  We plan to have the barn fully enclosed by late Fall 2013 and to add additional stalls.  The barn has a wash stall as well as a tackroom.

We have several turnout options for your horse.  We have paddocks with a combination of board fence and welded wire.  We also offer 10 acre, 20 acre, and 40 acre pastures fenced with hot wire.  Depending on what your horse requires, we can fit their needs.

Our fees are as follows: $350/month for pasture board (includes grain twice a day as well as hay when grass is not available) and $450/month for stall board (grain, hay, turnout).

Hunter Hill is an 176 acre farm with many
rolling hills and open fields.

We have acres of fields for horses to roam over.  Most of the fencing is smooth hot wire.  We also have two 2 acre paddocks for smaller turnout options.  The paddocks are fenced with welded wire and board fence.

The barn has 6 10 x 16 ft stalls with mats and
automatic waterers.  The barn also has a large center aisle, wash rack, and tack room.  The barn is open on one side which allows for great air flow in the summer.  In the winter, we will put up heavy canvas to enclose the barn from snow and wind (the open south side is pictured in the photos).

The farm has a 115 x 220 ft sand ring.  We have
enough jumps to set a full course.  We plan to fence the ring in late summer 2013.  The farm also has miles and miles of trails with two ponds, a creek, ruins from stone houses built in the 1800s, and lots of open fields with rolling hills.
